11-Deoxyprostaglandin F2β (11-deoxy PGF2β) is an analog of PGF2β (HY-12956B). PGF2β is a metabolite produced by cyclooxygenase metabolism of arachidonic acid. PGF2β induces dose-dependent release of hexose containing mucin[3].
